Deliveries

We deliver to Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands.  

We aim to ship all orders within two full working days. Delivery usually takes 4 - 6 working days from when your order has been shipped. 

We currently use ROYAL MAIL, Click And Drop Service; it is a 48 hour and tracked service. This service includes full online tracking, so the parcel’s progress can be monitored. SMS/ email recipient notifications are optional and a safe place option is also available, if the recipient is not going to be in.  

Please ensure you are available to accept the delivery, or if not advise the service of an alternative delivery option, as failure to do so will result in your parcel being returned to us. If your parcel is returned to us, we will provide a full refund for your item(s) but cannot refund the shipping fee.

During the Christmas period or other peak times, orders will be dispatched as normal however delivery times may take longer than usual due to postal and courier services being more in demand.

Please make sure that the delivery address you have entered is correct, as we cannot accept responsibility if this has been provided incorrectly. 

Delivery Costs (depends on size, as well as weight)  

  • Small Parcels not exceeding: Length: 45cm Width: 35cm

    • Depth: 16cm Weight limit: 2kg

  • Medium Parcels not exceeding: Length: 61cm Width: 46cm

    • Depth: 46cm Weight limit: 20kg

  • Small Parcel: 0kg-2kg £3.45

  • Medium Parcel: 0kg – 2kg £5.15

  • Medium Parcel: 2kg – 10kg. £6.80

  • Medium Parcel: 10kg – 20kg  £10.80

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns:

Of course, we hope you love your item/s when they arrive where they are meant to be. But if you are not completely satisfied, the products can be returned to us in their original packaging for a full refund, within 30 days of receipt. Either post your goods to us, or return the item/s to our store, in Malmesbury.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we will ask you to post the item back to our shop, in Malmesbury: 36 Cross Hayes, SN16 9BG.

The cost of returning your unwanted goods safely is the responsibility of the buyer, we therefore suggest you return the items using a recorded delivery service.  

We will issue a full refund to the card used when placing the order, excluding any delivery charges. Please allow up to 3-5 days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.

*If you are returning goods bought online to our store, please note the shop staff cannot issue you a refund then and there. The item you are returning will be transferred back to storage where we will check it and then issue a refund you. 

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take every care to make sure your items arrive in perfect condition, if for any reason your order is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of the return.

Please contact us with photos of the damaged goods within 3 days of receiving your items, along with your order reference number, and we will organise either a refund or a replacement to be sent out to you. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us so that we can check and confirm stock availability before returning your item.
